REGISTRATION FEE

Participants are expected to register prior to the Conference. The registration fee covers full conference participation for two persons, including all meals, social events, and a copy of the Proceedings. Early registration is encouraged, as a reduced fee applies before the deadline.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

The registration fee covers the following:

Proceedings One copy of the Conference Proceedings
Advertising Complete set of advertising material
Cocktail Welcome cocktail
Coffee Refreshments during coffee breaks
Lunch Lunches during the conference
Dinner Official conference dinner and social events

PAYMENT

The registration fee should be paid before 12 June 2026 to qualify for the early registration rate. Late registrations are possible until the beginning of the Conference at the late registration fee of €120.
